AUSTRALIA

Postage       $10 - uninsured and not traceable

Delivery        12-15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

or

Postage       $15 - insured and traceable via a tracking number

Delivery        7-10 working days or less if items are in stock (excluding weekends and public holidays)

USA

Postage       $10 - insured and traceable via a tracking number

Delivery        7-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

This rate applies to Ground shipments only in the 48 USA states.

All other locations are excluded from this rate: AK, HI, US Territories, APO/FPO, International Countries.

Please note that the customer has to provide street address to apply for this rate, as UPS does not deliver to PO Box.



CANADA

Postage        $15 - insured and traceable via a tracking number

Delivery        7-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)



UK

Postage        $20 - insured and traceable via a tracking number

Delivery        7-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Returns

Of course there is a Guarantee / Return Policy with all Products Purchased!

Unused items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

We will refund the order amount or the product cost.

If time allows (before the wedding date) return postage will be sent with the replacement of the product or order.

Returns are also  dealt with on an individual basis.

Generally , if you are not happy with something (ie; colour or quality)  we will  send a replacement until you are fully satisfied.
